This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to purchases made through theelitetrainer.com, including physical products, digital products, webinars, online courses, virtual consultations, remote coaching, and other services where applicable.
Physical Products
Returns are accepted for defective physical items only and require prior approval.
If you receive a defective item, please contact us before returning the product so we can review the issue and provide return instructions. To request return approval, please contact us at in**@************up.com or call 905-780-9908.
A replacement for an approved defective product may be shipped once the defective item has been received and reviewed. Products returned without prior approval may be refused or returned unopened to the sender.
Returns are not accepted for change of mind, customer ordering error, failure to read the product description, or products that have been opened, used, damaged after delivery, or returned without approval.
Digital Products, Webinars, and Online Courses
Digital products, webinars, online courses, downloadable materials, recordings, and educational content are non-refundable once access has been provided, the product has been delivered, or the content has been made available to the customer.

Virtual Consultations
Virtual consultation purchases are non-refundable once the consultation has taken place.
If you need to reschedule a consultation, please contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduling requests may be accommodated at our discretion, depending on availability and the timing of the request.
If you miss a scheduled consultation without notice, the consultation may be considered completed and may not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
Remote Coaching and Custom Services
Remote coaching, programming, assessments, custom plans, and other personalized services are non-refundable once work has begun or materials have been prepared, delivered, or made available.
Because these services require time, review, preparation, and individualized work, refunds are not available for change of mind, lack of follow-through, failure to provide requested information, or failure to use the service after purchase.
Shipping, Customs, and Import Restrictions
Shipping charges, where applicable, are calculated at checkout.
International shipments may be subject to customs, duties, taxes, import restrictions, or delays. Customers are responsible for any customs, duties, taxes, fees, or import requirements that may apply.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or for products that are refused, seized, destroyed, or restricted by customs or local regulations. Customers are responsible for checking with their local customs office to confirm whether the products they wish to order are permitted for import into their country.
If a package is returned due to an address error, customer refusal, failure to claim the package, or a violation of import laws or regulations, the customer is responsible for any fees incurred. A refund may be issued for merchandise only, minus a 20% restocking fee, once the returned package has been received.
If an order is seized, refused, or destroyed by customs due to regulatory issues, no credit or refund will be issued for the merchandise or shipping costs.
