Go from Zero to Hero on Chin-Ups

Chin-ups are one of the toughest upper-body exercises—especially for women. In fact, the average number of chin-ups a female can perform is zero.

Why is that? Sure, a lack of strength and excess body fat are common culprits, but the biggest limiting factor is often perception. Many women believe they can’t do a chin-up… and that belief becomes reality.

The body follows the mind. If your mind says “no,” your body won’t go! Yes, physical strength is essential—but a resilient mindset is just as important.

My 53-year-old client Heather is a perfect example. Like many women, she initially struggled with chin-ups, but through smart training, hard work, and consistency, she now cranks out reps with confidence!

If you want to go from zero to hero on chin-ups, start by shifting your mindset—and then follow up with strategic training.
