A Simple Two-Step Detox

Sometimes we go off track with our food choices and a detox is in order. Here’s a simple two-step process to get you back on the road to optimal health:

  1. Pick a Sunday morning and do a vitamin C flush.
  2. Once the flush occurs, conduct a one-week cleanse. Make sure to do a digital detox during the process as well.

If all goes well, you should lose a few pounds, have more energy, and look and feel great!
