There are so many lower-body options with a sandbag, like bear hug squats, Zercher squats, Romanian deadlifts, split squats, lunges, step-ups, and the list goes on, and there are a host of upper body options as well.
Whatever you can do with a barbell, you can do with a sandbag. If you have access to one, give some of these exercises a shot.
