Here’s my heart rate variability (HRV) after having an adrenal IV drip yesterday. This is one of the highest HRV scores that I’ve ever had.
To give you an idea of what it means, my average HRV score is in the 30s and the max is usually somewhere between 50-70.
The higher the HRV, the better! It indicates that your body has recovered well and that you’re ready to take your workout to the next level, which is exactly what I did this morning.
Remember, training is only one part of the equation; recovery is the other. Restoration methods, including the occasional vitamin IV drip, can help boost your recovery and lead to better performance in the gym.
