Grain-Free Pizza: Cauliflower Pizza Recipe

Here’s one way to get your kids to eat cauliflower without much of a battle…

Ingredients

  • 500g bag frozen cauliflower (defrost)
  • 2 eggs
  • tablespoon Parmesan cheese
  • handful grated mozzarella
  • tomato slices
  • sea salt
  • garlic powder
  • oregano flakes

Instructions

Pulse the cauliflower in a magic bullet in small batches. Pour in bowl. Add rest of ingredients. Mix with a fork. Spread on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Add mozzarella and tomato slices. Bake for an additional 10 minutes.
