Grain-Free Pizza: Cauliflower Pizza Recipe

Here’s one way to get your kids to eat cauliflower without much of a battle…

Ingredients

  • 500g bag frozen cauliflower, defrosted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
  • Handful of grated mozzarella
  • Tomato slices
  • Sea salt
  • Garlic powder
  • Oregano flakes

Instructions

  1. Pulse the cauliflower in a Magic Bullet in small batches, then transfer to a bowl.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix with a fork.
  3. Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake at 400°F for 30 minutes.
  5. Add mozzarella and tomato slices, then bake for an additional 10 minutes.
